About the role
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to drive B2B sales for a leading telecom provider in Kolkata. You will acquire new corporate customers and nurture existing accounts, delivering a full portfolio of data, voice, broadband, cloud, and fixed‑line solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new business while managing a portfolio of existing corporate accounts.
- Sell a range of enterprise solutions including data, voice, broadband, cloud, and fixed‑line services.
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross‑sell to maximize account value.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and evolving customer needs.
- Coordinate timely delivery of solutions and post‑sales support.
Required profile
- Graduate with at least 1 year of field sales experience.
- Preferably experienced in telecom, IT, SaaS, cloud, networking or technology sales.
- Technically sound with knowledge of telecom products, enterprise connectivity and cloud solutions.
