IT Recruiter – Remote (India)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its global technology teams. The role is fully remote and focused on sourcing, engaging, and assessing IT professionals for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and online information to determine overall fit.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and guide them through the process.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, motivation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in IT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Resident of India.

Required skills

• Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
