IT Recruiter – Remote (India)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for our technology talent pool. You will engage candidates, assess their fit, and guide them through our remote hiring process while ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles and evaluate overall suitability.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Conduct interviews to verify qualifications, experience, motivations, and logical reasoning.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment workflow and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Specific experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Residency in India.
• Advanced level of English.
