About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Human Resources Manager and help create memorable guest experiences by leading the HR function. You will develop and execute HR strategies that align with the hotel’s business goals while fostering a culture of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning to attract and retain top talent while managing labor costs.
• Design and manage training, performance evaluation, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance management, and labor contract negotiations.
• Establish and enforce HR policies, wage and benefit administration, and workplace safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage the HR budget to support hotel operations efficiently.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive HR experience across recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead HR teams and influence organizational culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and strategic communication skills.
