Human Resources Business Partner – Bangalore

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with business teams and drive key Human Capital initiatives in Bangalore. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring HR policies and processes support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to design and implement HC strategies.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles for the line of service.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with peers across locations.
• Work with HC Shared Services on employee‑life‑cycle queries.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and support change‑management efforts.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events from concept to delivery.
• Manage exit coordination and query resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of Human Capital policies, processes, and the competitive business landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive planning and prioritisation abilities.
