About the role
PwC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with business teams and drive key Human Capital initiatives in Bangalore. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring HR policies and processes support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business units to design and implement HC strategies.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles for the line of service.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects with peers across locations.
- Work with HC Shared Services on employee‑life‑cycle queries.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and support change‑management efforts.
- Plan and execute employee engagement events from concept to delivery.
- Manage exit coordination and query resolution.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of Human Capital policies, processes, and the competitive business landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive planning and prioritisation abilities.
