About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant will deliver consistent, high‑quality cleaning services to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Grand Hyatt standards. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to maintain a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and tidying of assigned guest rooms and public spaces.
- Follow established hygiene and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues and replenish supplies as needed.
- Handle linen collection, sorting, and distribution.
- Ensure all areas are presented with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel housekeeping or related operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
