About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the dining team at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. You will work in a dynamic environment, serving both local and international guests and delivering consistent, high‑quality service to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor while attending to guest needs.
• Ensure tables are set and cleared according to hotel standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Food and beverage service techniques.
• Knowledge of hotel service standards.
• Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems.
