About the role

Join the hospitality team at a premier resort and spa, providing exceptional room‑care services to guests. As a Housekeeping Associate you will ensure each guest room is clean, well‑stocked, and ready for a comfortable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Prepare and transport housekeeping carts with supplies to assigned areas.
• Enter guest rooms following access procedures, verify vacancy, and replace amenities, linens, and terry items.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash, and perform floor‑care duties such as vacuuming and polishing.
• Inspect rooms for functional appliances, straighten furniture, and maintain overall room presentation.
• Follow all company safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and communicate professionally.
• Support team goals and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push, and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and handle objects up to 25 lb (assistance for heavier items).
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach overhead for an entire shift.
• No high‑school diploma or prior experience required.
• Commitment to uniform standards, safety training, and a clean professional appearance.

Required skills

• Basic cleaning and housekeeping procedures, including dusting, polishing, and floor care.
