Housekeeping Associate

About the role

As a Housekeeping Associate at Conrad Bengaluru, you will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness that define our guest experience. You will work across public areas and guest floors, ensuring every space reflects the warmth and professionalism of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Keep public areas spotless, including restrooms, hallways, elevators, offices and event spaces.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items and assist with room cleaning when needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support efficient housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep‑cleaning projects such as mattress flipping, furniture moving and floor waxing.
• Identify and report repair or maintenance issues to preserve property standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role (freshers with a Hotel Management degree are also welcome).
• Physical ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Basic verbal communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Proficiency with housekeeping equipment.
• Understanding of safety protocols.
