Housekeeping Associate – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to ensure our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and ready for guests. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment, delivering high‑quality service and maintaining the standards of Marriott International.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Prepare and transport housekeeping carts with supplies to assigned areas.
• Enter guest rooms, replace amenities, clean bathrooms, make beds, and change linens following established procedures.
• Remove trash, dirty linen and room‑service items, and ensure all appliances are present and functional.
• Dust, polish, vacuum carpets and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and hallways.
• Maintain uniform appearance, follow safety and security policies, and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
• Welcome guests courteously, assist individuals with disabilities, and uphold Marriott’s service standards.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Capability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart on uneven surfaces.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach for extended periods during a shift.
• No specific education or prior experience required.
