About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our after‑sales service and technical training operations for agricultural machinery across India. The role involves building high‑performing teams, ensuring service excellence, and supporting the adoption of innovative farm mechanisation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and manage Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Design and deliver technical training on agricultural equipment.
• Resolve complex field and customer issues.
• Develop service SOPs and technical standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in agricultural machinery service.
• Strong expertise with power weeders, tillers, brush cutters, sprayers and related equipment.
• Proven team‑leadership and technical‑training experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
