About the role
Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is looking for a Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping to support daily hotel operations. You will act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their preferences are addressed promptly while upholding the hotel’s operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out assigned duties in strict accordance with operational standards, guaranteeing consistency and quality in guest interactions.
- Communicate guest preferences and complaints to team leaders, ensuring each issue is accurately recorded and followed up.
- Adhere to all safety and security measures, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Follow all organizational policies, including grooming standards, to present a professional image.
- Participate in all scheduled training sessions as outlined in the training calendar to continuously improve service delivery.
- Assist in the resolution of associate‑related complaints or issues, promoting a harmonious workplace.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills for relaying guest information to team leaders.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development activities.
