Global Real Estate Specialist

About the role

RIB is seeking a Global Real Estate Specialist to lead security, facility and property management across its worldwide locations. Based in Nashik, India, you will ensure compliance with environmental and energy regulations while driving sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor changes in laws and regulations, assess site compliance, and recommend actions to meet legal requirements.
• Provide emergency support according to internal procedures.
• Define internal processes, plan and conduct internal and external audits, and implement operational measures for energy and environmental performance.
• Manage risk assessments, prioritize action plans, and conduct risk analyses related to hazardous substances.
• Propose measures to reduce energy consumption and support long‑term investment planning.
• Raise energy awareness, deliver training and campaigns, and report key performance indicators to group and site managers.
• Lead environmental and energy management systems (ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001) and plan sustainability projects.
• Oversee operational property management for all RIB Group locations.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in real estate, facility, or environmental management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and international environmental, waste disposal and energy regulations.
• Proven ability to conduct audits, risk assessments and develop compliance action plans.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with authorities and internal stakeholders.
