About the role
The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage communications, and support daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logbook, courier records, and filing system.
- Issue and track employee ID cards.
- Manage office supplies inventory and stationery issue registers.
- Arrange travel, vehicle bookings, and other administrative assistance as needed.
- Track vehicle maintenance schedules and costs.
- Supervise office hygiene and cleanliness.
- Handle queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Effective multitasking and prioritisation.
- Calm under pressure with solid problem‑solving abilities.
- Polite phone etiquette.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to operate a scanner and photocopier.
