About the role
Paperchase Accountancy is looking for a proactive Front Office & Admin Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and to support senior leadership with day‑to‑day administrative tasks. The role combines reception duties with comprehensive office coordination in a fast‑moving professional services environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, emails, couriers and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Oversee daily office administration, liaise with vendors, housekeeping and facility teams, and keep records of documents, invoices and contracts.
- Coordinate travel bookings, expense reimbursements and office events, ensuring timely execution of all administrative processes.
- Manage calendars, appointments and meeting logistics for C‑level executives, including cross‑time‑zone scheduling and interview arrangements.
- Prepare meeting rooms, hospitality arrangements and ensure follow‑up on action items.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in front‑office, administration or executive coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Hindi is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Professional demeanor with effective stakeholder management.
