About the role
The Executive I – Wood Finishes Relationship role is a frontline sales position focused on driving growth and market penetration of wood coating products, ranging from melamine to high‑end PU finishes, within the Mysuru region. The incumbent will build and nurture a network of dealers, contractors, applicators, furniture manufacturers, architects, and end‑consumers to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Generate demand for wood coatings through activations, samplings, and training sessions for contractors, applicators and other stakeholders.
- Expand the dealer network by integrating with retail, project, and service teams and sharing qualified leads.
- Prepare monthly business plans for the assigned region and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Support contractors in meeting their sales goals via regular visits, scheme communication, and timely material service.
- Grow and upgrade the existing contractor network.
- Monitor site potential, track performance indexes, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Required profile
- Frontline sales professional with experience in wood coating or related chemical products.
- Proven ability to develop and manage dealer and contractor relationships.
- Strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
