Education Coach – Pre-Primary

About the role

Pegasus Wellbeing Club is seeking a passionate Education Coach to support pre‑primary learners and engage parents in early learning methodologies. The role is based in the Delhi NCR region (Dwarka) and Gurugram and offers a one‑year fixed‑term contract with a six‑hour daily schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver age‑appropriate educational activities and art‑and‑craft projects for pre‑primary children.
• Develop and maintain planners that align with the early childhood curriculum.
• Build strong connections with parents, explaining learning methodologies and converting inquiries into enrolments.
• Provide counselling and interpersonal support to children and families.
• Collaborate with preschool or school staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience working in a preschool or primary school setting.
• Background in Education, Early Childhood Education, or NTT.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of pre‑primary curriculum and child development.
• Ability to design and execute engaging classroom activities.
• Proficiency in creating educational planners.
