About the role
Bajaj Finance Ltd. is expanding its QR acquiring business and seeks a Deputy Manager to build and lead the operation in the Delhi‑Pitampura territory. You will recruit, train and manage a field sales team, drive QR and POS deployments, and grow merchant relationships to increase transaction volume and gross merchandise value.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and motivate Field Operations Staff (FOS) and ensure high productivity.
- Acquire new merchants and oversee QR, SB and POS/EDC deployment.
- Develop distribution channels, map coverage, and manage channel relationships.
- Drive sales targets, retailer payment reconciliation, and monthly store activation.
- Collaborate with partners on sales promotions and maintain process rigor and controllership.
Required profile
- MBA (1‑4 years experience) or graduate (3‑6 years experience) with a strong background in payments, FMCG or telecom prepaid sales.
- Proven experience handling merchant relationships and distribution development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, high energy and a self‑starter attitude.
- Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with retailers.
