Deputy Director - CSR & Sustainability

About the role

We are seeking a visionary senior leader to drive CSR and sustainability initiatives at the Deputy Director level. As the strategic architect of the "Myntra Cares" portfolio, you will integrate e‑commerce strengths with measurable social impact and guide flagship programs such as Project ReStyle and Myntra for Earth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee the CSR roadmap across education, livelihoods and sustainability themes, managing the budget for scalable impact.
• Conceptualize and launch circular fashion initiatives, establishing end‑to‑end textile waste collection and up‑cycling frameworks.
• Act as the strategic anchor for the central operations team that executes on‑ground actions.
• Lead community outreach, including the MynVidhya Scholarship, school infrastructure projects, and inclusive livelihood programs for persons with disabilities.
• Drive deep employee engagement through volunteering, mentorship and payroll‑giving programs.
• Conduct rigorous due diligence, field validation and compliance checks for NGO partners, ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and financial transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Science or a related field.
• 10‑14 years of progressive experience, with at least 3‑5 years in a senior leadership or individual contributor role managing CSR/ESG portfolios at scale.
• Deep expertise in circular economy, textile waste management and sustainable supply chains.
