Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3‑6 years of experience in analytics and systems development to drive awareness of requirements across business units and improve capital‑market processes. You will act as a thought leader, creating prototypes and management plans that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop analyses, documentation, and monthly status reports.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements continuously.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, initiating and delivering requirements.
• Conduct daily systems analytics, troubleshoot issues, and maximize effectiveness.
• Build and execute UAT test scenarios, track defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in the Capital Market domain, covering equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and commodities trade settlement.

Required skills

• High proficiency with SQL.
