Assistant Manager – Transport Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our ground transport operations. You will work closely with the transport team and external vendors to ensure smooth daily execution, client satisfaction, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client satisfaction by meeting all agreed‑upon KPIs.
• Manage the transport team on a day‑to‑day basis, addressing issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain seamless operations and provide timely reports.
• Monitor daily activities, safety parameters, and regulatory compliance, reporting any deviations.
• Prepare, publish, and archive required operational reports while safeguarding data confidentiality.
• Implement best‑practice processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical mindset with the ability to analyse reports and suggest improvements.
• Proficiency in using technology tools for routine tasks.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an advantage.
