About the role

The Assistant Manager will support the Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by partnering with senior leaders across multiple geographies. You will help translate business performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

Engage with leadership‑level stakeholders to understand business needs and maintain strategic relationships.
Analyse current and historical KPI trends, including revenue, cost of sales and operating expenses.
Perform detailed P&L and balance‑sheet analysis to identify risks, issues and opportunities for financial planning and forecasting.
Develop and present complex financial models that support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

Post‑graduate or graduate degree in Finance, or professional qualifications such as Cost Accountant, CMA, FRM, CA, or semi‑qualified equivalents.
Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A.

Required skills

Strong understanding of FP&A processes.
Proficiency with data visualization tools and financial planning software.
