Assistant Engineer – Buildings (Vertical Structures)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Engineer to join our Building Structures team in India. This role offers the chance to work on impactful building projects across global offices while developing technical expertise in a supportive, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for complex building design challenges with minimal supervision.
• Lead projects in retail and hospitality sectors, ranging from medium to large scale.
• Deliver projects using BIM and relevant discipline‑specific design software.
• Ensure compliance with building design regulations and technical standards.

Required profile

• Master of Engineering (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to international projects.
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
