AI Trainer – C++ Developer (Freelance)

About the role

Deccan AI Experts is seeking a freelance AI Trainer with strong C++ development skills. You will work remotely to help train and improve advanced AI models that generate and evaluate C++ code, contributing to the company’s AI‑for‑Good mission.

Key responsibilities

• Write, review, and optimise C++ code snippets used for AI training.
• Assess AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Design coding problems, test cases and reference solutions to enhance model performance.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide AI learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with data‑science and engineering teams to refine training datasets and annotation guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of code readability and modern C++ conventions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on C++ development experience.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience with the Standard Template Library, memory management and performance optimisation.
• Ability to produce clean, well‑documented code.
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving capability.
