Account Manager – Telecom Sales & Service

About the role
The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Airtel customers in the assigned territory, handling sales and service across Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband and Fixed Line offerings. The role focuses on growing market share and revenue through both existing and new accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Data, Voice and Fixed Line installations according to targets.
- Identify and acquire new accounts (hunting) for all product lines.
- Cross‑sell multiple products to existing and new customers.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel with defined maturity levels.
- Gather competitive intelligence and plan sales interventions.
- Build and sustain long‑lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
Required profile
- Graduate degree.
- 1‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Age up to 30 years.
- Background in ISP, telco, IT/ITeS, BFSI or relationship‑based selling.
