About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Airtel customers in the assigned territory, driving sales and service across Data, Voice, Broadband and Fixed Line solutions. You will be responsible for growing market share and revenue by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver Data, Voice and Fixed Line installations according to targets.
  • Prospect and acquire new accounts (hunting) for all product lines.
  • Cross‑sell multiple services to existing and new customers.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel with defined maturity levels.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and plan sales interventions.
  • Build and sustain long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client needs.

Required profile

  • Graduate degree.
  • 1‑5 years of relevant experience.
  • Age up to 30 years.
  • Experience in ISP, SI, telco, wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI or relationship‑based selling.
