About the role
Swiggy Dineout is looking for an energetic Account Manager to lead restaurant partnerships in Bangalore. You will be the primary point of contact for existing and new restaurant clients, helping them maximise revenue through the Swiggy platform.
Key responsibilities
- Sign contracts with restaurants and respond to client inquiries.
- Generate sales leads, approach restaurants and convert prospects.
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, advising on market issues and solutions such as discount structures, menu presentation and cancellation policies.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling, advertising investments and other applicable channels.
- Complete sales reporting, competition intelligence, partner visit tracking and trend analysis for the assigned city.
- Represent Swiggy Dineout on the field as the first point of contact for potential clients.
Required profile
- Confident, go‑getter personality with strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with restaurant owners.
- Willingness to relocate and set a base in the assigned city.
