About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead the Cleaning Equipment division across metro locations in India. The role focuses on B2B sales of sweeping machines and related industrial cleaning solutions, requiring extensive travel and strong market development skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive PAN‑India sales growth for the Cleaning Equipment division.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Build, coach and manage a high‑performing regional sales team.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in institutional and industrial segments.
  • Manage key enterprise and institutional accounts across multiple sectors.
  • Expand and nurture dealer, distributor and channel partner networks.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, negotiations and commercial discussions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports and growth plans.

Required profile

  • 10‑15 years of experience in B2B sales within the cleaning equipment or industrial cleaning machinery sector.
  • Proven track record in channel development, key‑account management and team leadership.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India and work from Delhi.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business expansion capabilities.
