Windows Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator to join our team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security‑focused OS baseline configurations, ensuring compliance with CIS standards, and supporting cloud‑based infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CIS‑aligned OS baseline configurations for Windows using Puppet.
• Build and update hardened cloud images with Packer.
• Support baseline compliance checks, drift remediation, and validation through testing and scans.
• Maintain and update Puppet modules, roles/profiles, and Hiera data.
• Assist with Kubernetes worker node baseline configuration when required.
• Troubleshoot OS‑level hardening and configuration issues.
• Document baseline changes, operational runbooks, and support on‑shore engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OS engineering or system administration.
• Strong background in Windows and Linux administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Puppet or similar configuration management tools.
• Experience working in cloud environments.
