About the role

The Warehouse Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. This full‑time, onsite position ensures that orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and condition.
• Pack items securely, label packages correctly, and complete required documentation.
• Load and unload goods from trucks or containers, handling items carefully to avoid damage.
• Meet daily productivity targets and adhere to designated timeframes for order processing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify order accuracy.
• Basic communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
