About the role
As a Waitress/Steward at Souffle Gourmet Cafe you will create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest, handling everything from greeting to service and ensuring high standards of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage seating and provide menus promptly.
- Take accurate orders, enter them into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages with proper presentation and timing.
- Maintain clean, organized tables and reset for the next guests.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Uphold personal hygiene, grooming and food‑safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Required profile
- Friendly, courteous attitude with a strong customer focus.
- Punctual, reliable and able to work efficiently during busy periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Required skills
- Operation of a point‑of‑sale (POS) ordering system.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene procedures.
