V&V Architect – Security & HIL Testing for ADAS

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a senior V&V architect to lead hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) testing of application features across multiple ADAS product lines. The role focuses on security testing, validation strategy, and the development of robust test frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HIL testing for ADAS applications and define test strategies, coverage and KPIs.
• Design test architectures for SIL, HIL and vehicle‑level testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and libraries.
• Perform log analysis, trace‑tool usage and data validation for feature verification.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and automotive regulations.

Required profile

• 9‑11 years of experience in automotive validation or V&V engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EEE or Computer Science.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving and technical leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with validation strategy and vehicle‑level testing processes.

Required skills

• ADAS sensor expertise (camera, video, radar, ultrasonic).
• Sensor data interfaces and ASW integration knowledge.
• Security standards and UNECE WP29 regulations.
• AUTOSAR, CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet, restbus simulation.
• Diagnostics protocols (UDS, XCP, DoIP).
• Feature knowledge (ACC, AEB, LKAS, lane and light).
• Hands‑on HIL platforms (dSPACE, Vector, ETAS).
• Programming in Python (mandatory) and C/C++ (preferred).
• Test framework and automation library development.
• ISO 26262, ASPICE compliance.
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for test automation.
