Vulcan Consultant – French (Amazon Grocery Partnerships)

About the role

Amazon Grocery Partnerships is looking for a French‑speaking Vulcan Consultant to support and grow our merchant ecosystem. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for grocery merchants, driving operational excellence and strategic growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze merchant performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Manage stakeholder relationships through regular merchant connects and communication channels.
• Enhance catalog quality, selection, and overall merchant satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational support to merchants, contributing to scalable processes.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with key business KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Category, and Marketing teams to optimize merchant performance.
• Lead regular business reviews (WBR, MBR) and create action plans based on metric analysis.
