VARC Faculty – Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension Instructor

About the role

Toprankers is seeking a passionate VARC Faculty member to teach Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension to CLAT and IPMAT aspirants at its Thane and Navi Mumbai centres. The role combines classroom instruction, mentorship, and content development to help students achieve exam success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging VARC classroom sessions tailored for CLAT and IPMAT candidates.
• Mentor students, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Design, update, and maintain practice materials and assessments aligned with current exam patterns.
• Conduct doubt‑clearing sessions and strategy workshops.
• Collaborate with academic teams to innovate teaching methodologies.
• Travel across Thane and Navi Mumbai centres to conduct sessions as required.

Required profile

• Strong command of English language, including reading comprehension, vocabulary, and grammar.
• Prior teaching experience for CLAT, IPMAT, CAT, or similar aptitude exams (highly desirable).
• Excellent classroom communication and student‑engagement skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Mumbai locations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related fields preferred.
• Availability to take weekend classes is a plus.
