Value Consultant

About the role

The Value Consultant acts as a trusted advisor for high‑ticket deals within the retail and consumer segments, partnering with Field Sales, Account Management and cross‑functional teams to demonstrate the business value of Adobe’s digital experience solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead value conversations and craft compelling value stories for large‑scale retail and consumer deals.
• Develop executive‑level business cases that align Adobe Digital Marketing products with customers’ digital marketing objectives.
• Support and lead value‑selling enablement programs and academies for sales leadership and field teams.
• Coach sales colleagues on using Adobe’s Business Case Builder to embed business‑value focus in every pursuit.
• Provide feedback to enhance the Business Case Builder tool and related value content.
• Generate insights on emerging digital technologies and create collateral for business conversations.
• Collaborate globally with Sales, Digital Strategists, Solution Consultants and Industry Professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist with industry‑benchmarking engagements that compare prospects against leading organizations on key digital metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience driving value‑based selling for high‑ticket digital solutions, preferably in the retail or consumer industry.
• Strong ability to work with CXO‑level stakeholders and translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset for global team environments.
• Track record of developing high‑quality business cases and supporting sales enablement initiatives.
