UI Specialist - React & Node.js

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking a UI Specialist with strong React and Node.js expertise to design, build, and maintain high‑performance web applications. The role blends front‑end craftsmanship with back‑end development, leveraging modern frameworks and AI‑assisted tools to deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), Next.js (SSR/SSG) and Tailwind CSS.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel‑perfect, cross‑browser UIs.
• Manage application state with Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, and handle data fetching via React Query.
• Build and maintain Node.js backend services with Express.js or NestJS, exposing RESTful and GraphQL APIs within a micro‑services architecture.
• Lead backend system design, applying best‑practice patterns for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate third‑party services and implement secure authentication/authorization using JWT, OAuth2, and SSO.
• Utilize AI‑powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, AmazonQ) to accelerate coding, refactoring, and test generation.
• Review and validate AI‑generated code to ensure security, performance, and maintainability.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven expertise in React.js (hooks, state management) and Node.js.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience delivering production‑ready applications with Next.js and modern front‑end/back‑end architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable, user‑centric technical solutions.
