Two Wheeler Manager – South & West

About the role

The Two Wheeler Manager for the South & West region will act as the primary link between field staff and senior management at Bajaj Finance Ltd. This role focuses on achieving business targets, managing off‑roll staff, and ensuring compliance across sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned business numbers across the designated geography.
• Hire, retain and drive productivity of off‑roll staff (5‑9 direct reports).
• Ensure sales governance through strict compliance with systems and processes.
• Track and control PDD requirement compliance and reduce customer complaints and cancellations.
• Utilise Salesforce.com CRM to monitor performance and pipeline.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk and other internal teams to maintain case processing TAT.

• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all business levels.
• Experience in managing teams and driving performance in a sales environment.
