Travel Trainer – Delhi, Jalandhar, Ludhiana

About the role

The Travel Trainer will deliver comprehensive training programmes to staff of travel agencies and airline ticketing offices across Delhi, Jalandhar and Ludhiana. The role focuses on building expertise in reservation systems, airport operations and related travel processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions on Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Galileo, Amadeus and Sabre.
• Teach airport ground handling procedures, travel terminology, geography and cargo handling basics.
• Explain foreign currency exchange processes and the role of industry organisations.
• Assess trainee progress and provide feedback to improve performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a reputable travel agency or airline ticketing office.
• Previous experience delivering travel‑industry training.

Required skills

• Knowledge of at least one GDS (Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre).
• Understanding of airport ground handling procedures.
• Familiarity with travel terminology, geography and cargo handling.
• Awareness of foreign currency exchange procedures and travel‑industry organisations.
