Travel Trainer – Delhi, Jalandhar & Ludhiana

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Trainer to deliver comprehensive training across Delhi, Jalandhar and Ludhiana. The role involves educating staff of travel agencies and airline ticketing offices on industry standards, systems and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and on‑site training sessions covering airline ticketing, GDS operations and travel documentation.
• Explain airport ground handling processes, cargo handling and foreign currency exchange practices.
• Provide updates on travel geography, terminology and relevant industry organisations.
• Develop training materials and assessments tailored to the needs of travel professionals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a reputable travel agency or airline ticketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of at least one Global Distribution System (Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre).
• Familiarity with airport ground handling, cargo handling and foreign currency exchange procedures.
• Ability to convey complex travel concepts clearly to trainees.
