Transport Planner II

About the role

We’re looking for Transport Planners to join our growing team. In this role you’ll work on a variety of impactful projects, from strategic transport planning to data‑driven modelling and infrastructure design. You’ll collaborate with engineers, policymakers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve mobility for communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transport planning projects from inception to delivery
• Develop transport strategies, studies, and assessments
• Direct primary and secondary data collection
• Analyse traffic patterns and model scenarios for urban and regional transport networks
• Prepare high‑quality technical reports and presentations
• Contribute to planning applications and transport statements
• Work closely with clients, local authorities, and project partners
• Support the delivery of sustainable and future‑focused mobility solutions

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree in Transport Planning, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in transport planning or traffic engineering
• Experience with transport modelling tools and GIS
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
