Trainer Support & Engagement Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Trainer Support & Engagement Executive to join our team in Jaipur. You will lead training sessions for channel partners on Cybdeer’s digital payment solutions, create user‑friendly learning materials, and ensure partners fully understand and adopt our services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions for channel partners on digital payment systems and financial services.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, manuals, and e‑learning content.
• Provide ongoing technical and operational support, addressing partner queries promptly.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to boost partner satisfaction and adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine training modules based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Strong training and presentation abilities with a focus on impact.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital payment systems, financial services, and related applications.
• Ability to create clear, user‑friendly training documentation.
• Experience in customer or partner engagement and relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with web and mobile applications.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
