Trainer – Call Center (On‑site, US Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our call‑center teams. The role is based in Bangalore and follows a U.S. night‑shift schedule, requiring strong English proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and update training materials covering collections, compliance, negotiation, customer communication and system usage.
• Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback and performance metrics, and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, monitor new‑hire performance, and deliver crash‑course sessions during the OJT phase.
• Maintain detailed training records, attendance logs and progress reports for management.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Compliance, Operations and other departments to identify training needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the curriculum.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in training design and delivery, preferably in a call‑center or collections environment.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written) to support a U.S. schedule.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. business timings.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and drive improvements.
