Test Engineer – MBD/MiL/SiL

About the role

We are looking for a Test Engineer specialized in Model‑Based Design (MBD) and hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HiL) testing to support engine and ATS control software development. The role involves implementing, verifying and validating software components using MATLAB/Simulink, TargetLink and TPT within a collaborative engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, verify and validate MIL, SIL and PIL test cases for engine and ATS control software.
• Run Polyspace analyses, interpret warnings and resolve critical issues.
• Develop test scenarios based on functional requirements and generate flash/hex/build files.
• Perform scaling, auto‑code generation and model/code complexity analysis using TargetLink and Embedded Coder.
• Integrate PT software modules and support code generation for production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, EEE or Computer Science.
• 1‑3 years of experience in engine or ATS control software development.
• Hands‑on experience with MATLAB/Simulink, TargetLink and TPT.
