Remote LLM Trainer (Agent completion tasks)

About the role

Turing is seeking a Remote LLM Trainer to help foundational large‑language‑model companies improve their systems. You will create high‑quality multi‑turn conversations that simulate real interactions between users and AI assistants equipped with function‑calling tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn dialogues that reflect realistic user‑assistant exchanges using tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Play both the user and the assistant, inserting tool calls only when corrections or specific actions are required.
• Follow strict formatting and quality guidelines from an internal playbook.
• Iterate on conversation examples based on reviewer feedback to enhance realism and clarity.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and high standards across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical role.
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to model real‑world assistant behavior using tool‑based APIs.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Programming experience in any language.
• Proficiency with APIs and function‑calling interfaces.
• Familiarity with JSON data formats.
