Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for end‑to‑end handling of shipments within an assigned area. This includes receiving, sorting, delivering, and picking up parcels while ensuring accurate documentation and cash handling.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting, then out‑scan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver parcels to the exact customer address and capture acknowledgment using a BYOD device.
• Update status codes for any undelivered shipments and hand over COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Follow SOP for timely pickups, verify serviceable locations, count shipments, and obtain customer signatures on pickup sheets.
• In‑scan shipments at the office, execute rapid entry, and manage bagging and loading of canvas bags into the vehicle.
• Maintain proper dress code, carry field bags, and ensure punctual arrival at each delivery point.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for delivery and pickup.
• Physical capability to load and unload bags and handle cash transactions.
• Attention to detail for scanning, documentation, and status updates.
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
