About the role
Legal Assure is seeking smart, confident and persuasive Telesales Executives to promote its legal services. The role involves communicating with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain Legal Assure’s services accordingly.
- Follow up with prospects and work towards converting leads into clients.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
- Use technology and digital tools effectively while managing leads and client interactions.
Required profile
- Any graduate; law graduates are preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with technology‑driven processes.
