Telesales Executive – Admissions for Film & Media Programs

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to manage admissions for our specialized training programs in Film, Animation, AI, and Media. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them through our course offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to training admissions.
• Connect with students interested in Film, Animation, AI, Media, and Content Creation.
• Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, schedules, projects, and admission procedures.
• Generate, qualify, and manage admission leads.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to support admission campaigns, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong spoken English and Malayalam.
• Confident and persuasive communication style.
• Genuine interest in Film, Animation, AI, Media, and Digital Content.
• Experience in telesales, educational counselling, admissions, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Strong follow‑up and lead‑conversion abilities.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM, and basic computer applications.
• Target‑oriented, energetic, and self‑motivated with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two; a degree is an advantage.
