Telemarketer – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our Chennai office. In this full‑time position you will contact prospective and existing clients, introduce Pandssa Web Media’s digital services and schedule follow‑up meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for web design, SEO, app development and other digital solutions.
• Explain service offerings clearly, answer client questions and handle objections professionally.
• Schedule appointments, demos or follow‑up calls for the sales and project teams.
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead information in the company’s CRM or designated system.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets related to call volume and lead conversion.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a professional phone presence.
• Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Sales mindset and experience in lead generation or inside sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work on‑site in Chennai, meet daily calling targets and keep detailed interaction records.
• High school diploma minimum; higher education in business, marketing or communication is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of web design, digital marketing or related online services.
• Familiarity with CRM or call‑tracking tools is advantageous.
