Telecalling Lead Conversion Specialist

About the role

The National Olympiad Foundation is looking for a confident telecaller who can engage prospects over the phone and convert leads into participants for its educational programmes. You will work from the Saket office in Indore, following a standard 9 am – 6 pm schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Present the benefits of NOF Olympiad programmes and answer queries.
• Track lead status and update the internal database after each interaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets set by the team.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to persuade and build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Comfortable working in an office environment with fixed hours.
