Telecaller – Residential Real Estate Sales

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target‑oriented Telecaller to support our residential real‑estate sales team in Chennai. You will engage prospective customers, understand their property needs, and guide them through our project offerings to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company’s lead database.
• Identify customers’ budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
• Explain project details, apartment specifications, pricing, amenities, and current offers.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups, update lead status, and record call details in CRM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team for lead conversion and address customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and site‑visit targets.

Required profile

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in real‑estate telecalling, telesales, customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Tamil; additional local languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM software for lead management.
